'Paintbrush lilies in a blue pot' 2022 - original painting, framed.

One of my favourite flowers is a paintbrush lily - it blooms once a year at the end of Autumn, for around 2 weeks before disappearing again until the next year. When it is in bloom I enjoy capturing the bristly flowers and the lush thick leaves.

Gouache and acrylic gouache on watercolour paper.
